Escalation Contacts
Register WhatsApp numbers for each service category. Escalating a report sends the message directly to these contacts.
How escalation works
When you tap Escalate on a report, Signal Desk sends a WhatsApp message to the contact registered for that category. The message includes the reference number, location, and your name as councillor.
